Museu de Bellas Artes, Valencia

Day two of the trip to Valencia and, after seeing the fabulous ceramic collection yesterday, today it was a visit to the finest collection of Gothic art in Spain with rare pieces by Bartolomè Bermejo and Joan de Joanes in the Museu de Bellas artes. Further to these amazing altarpieces, predella and retables were paintings by El Greco, Velásquez, Ribera, Goya and Murillo – all the Spanish greats.
