A charming pair of provincial walnut archairs with great patina & decoration. This type of ‘folk’ chair probably dates them to the late 17th century with some later repairs.
Condition: Spindles later replaced on one. Possibly later seats. ‘Hot’ iron mark on one seat ! Wear and tear consistent with age.
