This stunning giltwood sculpture of Christ crucified dates to the late 17th century. It would originally have been fixed to a crucifix and would have been in a small church or chapel. It is now mounted on a modern display stand . 48cm High.

Condition: Some abrasion to the gilt; small hairline crack to the upper right arm at the shoulder.
